#1 SCHEMATIC DESIGN
After initial consultation to collect client's information and desires. Schematic design is the first phase of basic services for project design.
A range of alternative design concepts are explored to define the character of the project. |
#2 DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
After client's feedback, a project design will be developed and finalized.
The project is further refined with more detailed and specific space design. |
#3 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
After finalizing plan, construction documents for permit will be created. This phase consists of the preparation of permit drawings which are very specific documents which are submitted to the city for review of the proposed scope of work and ensure that it meets building and zoning codes.
